Job Description

We're looking for dedicated, passionate team members to join our fantastic team! Hourly rate up to $18/hour +TIPS after training. 

​

✔ Previous restaurant experience REQUIRED.

​

✔ Previous kitchen experience OR baking experience in the food service industry REQUIRED.

​

✔ Understand our amazing customers are always #1!

​

✔ Bring a great attitude! 

 

✔ Have high degree of energy and drive to meet customer needs.

​

✔ Able to learn our menu within the training period.

​

✔ Understand our menu so you can guide guests who may have allergies or ingredients they are trying to avoid.

​

✔ Follow our uniform guidelines and maintain a well-groomed appearance.

​

✔ Reliable transportation to and from your work location.

​

✔ Punctual and flexible in maintaining your scheduled hours.

​

✔ Perform all tasks effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change with direct supervision.

​

✔ Be capable of making quick and appropriate decisions.

​

✔ Be able to perform duties that require bending, reaching, lifting, and transporting up to 35 lbs. containers and trash cans.

​

✔ Be able to stand or move for up to 6+ hours.

​

✔ Ability to adhere to the Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, and any other checklist or directions.

​

✔ Keep the overall cafe sanitary, organized, and stocked.
